Dr. Cole and select staff members are presently attending the 22nd annual ISHRS scientific meeting in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This is the first Asian destination for an ISHRS annual meeting. Here, physicians from across the globe gather to share their expert knowledge, innovations, and techniques. Among the courses offered at the conference is a Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) mini course with Dr. Cole, where he will demonstrate graft dissection using the Powered Cole Isolation Device (PCID). He will also be performing an FUE mega session during the small group learning sessions. All attendees are welcome to attend on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additionally, Dr. Cole will be speaking on the topic of optimal storage solutions to use for hair follicles during the hair transplant procedure. In particular, he will be discussing how the use of normal saline solution and lactated ringers solution could aid in graft survival during the transplant process.
