Michael Vories, MD has practiced hair transplantation since 2003. He is a member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery and is a Diplomat of and serves on the Executive Committee of the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery. He has trained physicians on the FUE procedure. He is also the Medical Director and President of Carolina Hair Surgery located in Charleston, SC and Charlotte, NC. Dr. Vories had practiced surgical hair restoration exclusively for many years whiles till performing the entire procedure himself and is widely recognised as one of the top hair restoration surgeons in the United State. He utilises motorized FUE, using the CCD-Vortex with Cole Punches, which is the best method currently available for extraction of follicles. Since specializing in the minimally invasive method of FUE it has grown ever more popular as the standard of care in the hair transplant community.
